Hello. I am NNEB qualified and have been working at Sodbury Vale since 2001. I really enjoy doing craft activities with the children.
When i am not in nursery i work in a local junior school as a Special Educational Needs teaching assistant.

My journey with Sodbury Vale started as being a one-to-one support for a child with additional needs and then became a permanent position in September 2018.
I am a level 3 qualified early years educator and when I’m not at work I look after my two young children. I like to do arts & crafts I really enjoy these types of activities with the children at nursery.

Hello, I am manager at Sodbury Vale and joined in 2013. I am level 5 qualified and the settings SENDCo and deputy Safeguarding lead.
I am Mum to two lovely boys and am married to Steve.
I enjoy working with the children and helping them grow in confidence, ready for going to school.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Lucy Newland
I started in Sodbury Vale in September 2017 as an apprentice and have since qualified as a Level 3 practitioner. I love the fact that I can come in to work every day and have a great time having fun with the children whilst watching them grow and learn. I particularly love water play during the summer months!
In my spare time I also teach dancing with Stapleton School of Dance as dancing is a big part of my life. I also volunteer with a Rainbows group.
Jaya Tyler
Hi. I’m Jaya and I joined the team in January 2022. I have a Level 3 qualification which I achieved during my time here. I love working with children and being part of their story in building confidence and supporting their overall development. I find it extremely rewarding helping children to feel valued and supported.
When I'm not working, I enjoy seeing friends and family, going to concerts and shopping!

Hi, I’m Kelly manager at Sodbury Vale and I joined the team in November 2022 after my maternity leave finished. I am level 4 qualified and have been working in childcare settings since 2002 holding different roles and responsibilities. I am also Safeguarding Lead and deputy SENDCo
I am married and I am a mum of two lovely boys. We enjoy the outside and having adventures every day.
A fun fact about me is that I am Australian! I enjoy children’s curiosity and honesty!

Hello! My name is Tayler and I am Level 3 qualified.
I am married to Matt and have 3 little girls. I started at Sodbury Vale in November 2022 but have worked in childcare for 3 years. I love working with children and enjoy being involved in helping them develop their skills, talents and personalities. I love how rewarding my job is!
Outside of work i enjoy Zumba, long walks in the forest and shopping.

Hi, I'm Reenie and I started working as an apprentice in Sodbury Vale in September 2024 . I am currently working towards my Level 2 qualification.
In my spare time I enjoy keeping fit by going to the gym.
Rhea Brushcini
Hi, I'm Rhea and I joined Sodbury Vale in October 2024. I am mum to two children who both came to Sodbury Vale!
I started off my career in childcare after becoming a foster carer, then on to working in schools as a one to one support.
I am thrilled to be part of the team here. I love seeing the children grow in confidence and their ability to see all the wonderful things they can achieve.
When I'm not with my children I enjoy keeping active, catching up with friends, walking and holidays.

Hi, I'm Lynette! Myself and my partner have twin girls who attended Sodbury Vale Day nursery. I was given the opportunity to join the team in February 2025 as a lunch time supervisor. I enjoyed the role so much that I am currently studying my Level 3 in Early Years. I'm looking forward to my future here at Sodbury Vale!
During my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends.

Hi, my name is Helen and I joined Sodbury Vale in May 2025. I previously worked as a Primary Teacher before taking time out on maternity leave. I love working with children as they bring life and happiness to everything!
I have two girls and in my spare time I enjoy tap dancing and dog walking with my family. I recently took a Sky Dive from 10,000 feet out of a plane and I loved it!

I’m Leah and I’m level 3 qualified.
I’m new to the sodbury vale team joining them in September 2025.
I’m married and have a son and a dog.
I really love working with children and being involved in their lives watching them grow into their own characters and developing their own personalities. I find my job very rewarding!
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, going on walks, and shopping!

Hello, I'm Lauren, and I joined the team in September 2025 after my maternity leave finished. I am level 3 qualified and have been working in childcare for 8 years. I love working with children, helping them develop and seeing their little personalities shine ready for school!
